Sometimes the group setting of a yoga class can be intimidating. Perhaps you need more in-depth instruction or would like to ask many questions throughout the class. Maybe a regular yoga class doesn't fit into your weekly schedule or you are looking to deepen your practice.
A private yoga class (whether it's individual or small group) gives you a deeper experience in your own practice as well as a better understanding of the postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation practices. Classes will be tailored to you personally, particularly as they relate to your own specific physical and spiritual/emotional needs, goals and intentions.
